CAN YOU DO CUSTOM PRINTS?

Yes, I can do custom sizes, framing, and printing. I also do commission work if you’re looking for something specific. Contact me at denisecastrorose@gmail.com and let’s talk.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Each print takes approximately 7 business days to print, mount, frame, and ship within the United States. Once shipped, you'll receive a USPS First Class tracking number so you can keep an eye on things. Most orders take 3-10 days in transit. For out of country orders shipping dates vary.

DO YOU INCLUDE ANY PAYMENT INFORMATION ON THE PACKAGE?

An invoice is not included with your order.

MY PRINT ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?

If your print arrives damaged, please don't hesitate to let me know by sending some photos of the damaged piece and the box it came in to denisecastrorose@gmail.com. I'll be happy to assist you in any way I can.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS LOST?

If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, kindly send me an email at denisecastrorose@gmail.com so I can assist you in tracking it down.

CAN I FRAME PRINTS MYSELF?

You have the option to purchase unframed prints, allowing you to personalize the appearance of your final piece. Simply choose "no frame" when adding the artwork to your cart.

WHAT CAN YOU TELL ME ABOUT YOUR FRAMING?

My frames are crafted from high-quality wood, paired with archival matting and crystal clear acrylic to ensure your print is protected from up to 92% of harmful UV rays. Prints are mounted by hand on professional grade foamcore to prevent sagging, wrinkling, and warping over time. All prints come with a wire hanger, ready to hang.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRINTS FINISH?

Our prints are made using Kodak Professional Endura paper which closely resembles a matte finish with a slight sheen. This paper is the industry standard for professional printing, ensuring that your prints have true-to-life tones and an archival life of over 100 years.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

Once your order has been processed, all sales are final. As each piece is uniquely printed, mounted, and framed to your specific order, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Please note that we can only accept cancellation or order changes within 24 hours of the original purchase. Once we start the framing process, we are unable to make any adjustments as each piece is custom printed and framed specifically for you. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
