Just after sunrise, before the hot air balloons began to rise over the pyramids, the light settled softly over this cemetery on the outskirts of town. Golden mist filtered through the trees, casting a quiet glow on the crosses, chapels, and plots below. A few people had already arrived—tending graves, sweeping walkways, sharing space with memory.
There was a stillness here that felt sacred—anchored in tradition and touched by the first light of day.
